Monofilament Dental Sutures
Monofilament sutures that cause less tissue reaction are commonly preferred by dentists in dental surgery. You can buy monofilament sutures from here.

Monoprolen – 6/0 – 16 mm – 3/8 Reverse Cutting – 75 cm – ML1672
Monoprolen is a synthetic, linear monofilament, non-absorbable, sterile polyolefin surgical dental suture obtained from stereoisomer of polypropylene isotactic crystal developed for oral, dental and maxillary surgery.
Monofilament sutures consist of single thread (string) and these are not braided like multifilament sutures. Less tissue reaction is observed for monofilament sutures used in oral and dental surgery. The main reason for monofilament surgical sutures to be preferred by dentists in oral, dental and maxillofacial surgery is the less microbial colonization on the tissues connected with the suture after the surgical procedure.
