1- In order to use the right of return, within 7 (seven) days, the Seller must be notified by e-mail via info@dentsuture.com and the Product and Products to be returned should not be used and ready to be re-exposed for sale by the Seller within the scope of article 6 of this contract.
2- For defective products (defects, torn), the Seller pays for freight fee.
3- Cargos sent by courier companies other than our contracted companies are not accepted.
4-Refunds are available only for unopened products with intact originality. Notifying the Seller by e-mail via info@dentsutures.com within 7 (seven) days for the right to return.
The Product and Products to be returned should not be used and ready to be re-exposed for sale by the Seller within the scope of article 6 of this contract.
5- Cargo fees belong to the Buyer for arbitrary returns.
