Your order is first delivered to DHL cargo. In areas where it cannot provide distribution the order is transferred to UPS.
Shipping fee depends on the country you are ordering from and the total weight of the products you purchased.
Your order is sent to the delivery address that you have specified, by DHL within working hours (weekdays and Saturdays) between 09:00 – 17:00.

Cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays.
The product you have purchased will be sent to cargo within 1-5 business days.
The courier company delivers your order to the address that you have specified. In order to provide detailed information in case of that you cannot be found at your address, the courier which is following the transportation process of your cargo will contact you and inform you at which branch your package is located. Usually, your package is left to the courier branch closest to your address and you must receive it from the branch within 3 working days. Otherwise, the package is sent back to us.

There is a legal obligation to send the invoice of your order on the package and to write your name, surname, company name and company address.
